We are currently looking for a Data Administrator to work at our Cardiff Bay office, we work with a hybrid working model, you are expected to attend the office 50% of the week as a minimum.

JOB PROFILE
As part of a team based at the HQ of Creditsafe, the successful candidate would be required to assist with the onboarding and management of key data suppliers. The primary responsibilities will involve monitoring data imports, dealing with data queries. Also liaising with data analysts and external suppliers to make sure the freshness and integrity of our data is maintained.
KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
* Liaising with data suppliers and maintaining a working relationship with them.
* Monitoring the receipt and loading of data files.
* Investigation and resolution of data queries from internal or external customers.
* Prepare and distribute internal communications, memos, and reports.
* Produce written documentation to support your work, report on your findings and to present to stakeholders when necessary.
* Conduct basic data validation and quality checks.

* MS Office or equivalent (Word, Excel, Power Point, Access etc.)
