Job Summary: As a Psychologist, you will work with a mult-italented team to support the implementation and delivery of the clinical aspects of Integrated Care. Your responsibilities will include conducting patient assessments, diagnosing conditions, prescribing treatment plans, and assisting with an employee wellbeing program. You will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated patient care and maintain accurate medical records. Additionally, you will participate in educational activities and professional development opportunities to enhance your clinical skills and knowledge. Key Responsibilities: · Develop and design protocols for mental health assessments and interventions within the context of longevity services. · Collaborate with the clinical team to ensure the integration of psychological components into overall client care plans. · Conduct comprehensive mental and cognitive health assessments for clients, utilising evidence-based methodologies. · Provide insightful evaluations to inform personalized interventions and ongoing care. · Provide direct psychological support to clients through individual sessions, utilising evidence-based therapeutic interventions. · Regularly assess and reassess client progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to meet evolving needs. · Work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team alongside medical doctors and specialists to provide holistic care for clients. · Participate in medical board meetings to contribute expertise to inform integrated treatment plans. · Provide support for staff mental health and well-being, fostering a positive and inclusive work environment. · Collaborate with HR and leadership to implement mental health initiatives and workshops. · Support the clinic in various scientific activities, contributing to research initiatives and staying abreast of developments in the field. · Assist with logistical activities to ensure the smooth operation of psychological services within the clinic. · While the business develops there may be other areas that might need your expertise, you will actively support and engage. Documentation: · Maintaining accurate and up-to-date medical records. · Documenting patient histories, examination findings, diagnoses, treatment plans, and progress notes. Communication: · Communicating effectively with clients, families, and other healthcare professionals. · Explaining medical conditions, treatment options, and procedures to clients · Collaborating with other members of the healthcare team to define the best approach. Education and Training: · Participating in educational activities, including lectures, workshops, and clinical rotations. · Keeping up-to-date with medical literature and evidence-based practices. · Pursuing further training and education to advance clinical skills and knowledge. · Participating in continuing medical education (CME) activities to maintain licensure and certification. · Proactively keep up to date with new evidence and guidance related to our clinical categories. Qualifications & Experience · You must be an HCPC registered and accredited psychologist, e.g., Clinical, Counselling or Forensic Psychologist · Experience of delivering psychological assessments for clients and their families, including the use of specialist assessment tools. · Formulation experience following assessments, including compiling psychological assessment reports. · Demonstrate knowledge, awareness, and appreciation of psychological interventions for Performance and Longevity. · Proactive problem-solving and innovation with the aim of contributing towards service and clinical improvement. · Experience in mental health protocol development and a solid understanding of cognitive assessments. · Pays great attention to detail, and produces high quality consults. · Excellent communication skills · Team player and able to work collaboratively with members of the clinical team and the business at large, to provide holistic, high-quality care to our clients About you · Passion for a preventative and personalised approach to healthcare · Can-do attitude and a true problem solver · Growth mindset and ability to use constructive feedback for continuous development · Loves technology, IT literate & able to use multiple systems.
