Job Description
As Finance Director at T2 Group, you'll have the ability to implement forward-thinking financial practices, manage large-scale contracts, and adapt to new funding regulations, ensuring both personal and professional growth in a dynamic and impactful environment.
Key features of the role:
1. Leadership & Team Management: Lead the finance team, providing direction and fostering a high-performance culture. Oversee recruitment, coaching, and resource planning to align with strategic goals.
2. Financial Planning and Operations: Manage the financial planning and budgeting processes, oversee month-end accounts, forecasting, payroll, and audits, ensuring timely, accurate reporting and efficient cash flow management.
3. Commercial: Drive the successful delivery of contracts and tenders, ensuring optimal performance and alignment with regulatory changes.
