Job summary
THIS POST IS FIXED TERM FOR 15 MONTHS UNTIL 31st MARCH 2026 TO MEET THE NEEDS OF THE SERVICE.
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Admin support/Receptionist within the Diagnostic Cardiology Department at Aneurin Bevan University Health Board.
The ideal candidate will be friendly, organised and with excellent interpersonal skills to provide high quality patient services. You will also be required to travel to other sites within ABUHB and there will be some extra weekend cover expected on a rotational basis.
Main duties of the job
It would be a distinct advantage to have the following skills and experience:-
1. Excellent telephone manner and communication skills
2. Good organisational and time management skills
3. Excellent team player
4. Very good IT skills and experience with Microsoft packages and databases
5. Ability to travel between sites in a timely manner.
