HR Advisor – 6 month FTC with a view to go permanent
Salary up to £35,000 dependent on experience
Location, Sevenoaks – Hybrid working upon passing probation
Ideally you will be a driver due to the remote location of the role
Due to this role being an urgent requirement you must be available to start ASAP
As the HR Advisor you will play a crucial role within the business, acting as a key point of contact for employee’s and management by providing a comprehensive generalist HR service, helping to achieve and maintain an aligned and enthusiastic team culture.
1. Strong ER Case Work knowledge and project work is essential
2. Experience in assisting in formal meetings such as employee disciplinaries and grievances
3. Exposure to payroll desirable but not essential
4. Must have or be working towards CIPD qualification
5. Support and assist the HR Administrator where required
6. Be the escalation point for queries HR Admin is unable to deal with and escalate to HR Manager more complex issues
7. Provide coaching and education, supporting business areas on HR related matters building relationships with employees and stakeholders
8. Provide advise and guidance to employees, team leaders and managers on a wide range of HR issues
