2. Working Hours: 20 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 10 till 2

Key Responsibilities:
5. Assist the Facilities Manager in the day-to-day operations of the office site.
6. Coordinate maintenance and repair activities to ensure a safe and efficient environment.
7. Manage contractor visits, ensuring all work is completed to a high standard.
8. Oversee compliance with health and safety regulations.
9. Provide excellent customer service to hospital staff, patients, and visitors.
10. Maintain accurate records and documentation.
Candidate Profile:
11. Previous experience in a facilities or building services role is desirable.
12. Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
13. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
14. A proactive attitude with a focus on problem-solving.
15. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
16. Knowledge of health and safety regulations is an advantage.
