Are you an organised Office/Facilities Manager looking for your next challenge?
A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an Office Operations Manager to join a well-established company as part of their friendly, professional and collaborative team.
You will be predominantly based in Crawley, but with regular cover over 4 other locations in the South East. (Travel expenses will be paid)
Main Duties
1. Diary management
2. Providing first line support for Office Managers on any issues.
3. Assisting in implementing and regularly monitoring administrative processes.
4. Supporting the Head of Office Operations on implementation of the firm's Health & Safety policies and procedures.
5. Working with contractors/agents/landlord/trusted advisors and the Head of Office Operations to ensure the firm's premises are safe, secure and well maintained.
6. Assisting with projects including mergers, premises moves and fit outs.
7. Involvement in managing the firm's Business Continuity & Information security procedures and policies.
This role will make use of your fantastic office management or facilities management experience along with your excellent communication skills and ability to work as part of a team. You will have a flexible approach to work and also be competent in using Microsoft packages.
