HR Reward Analyst
We are looking for a Reward Analyst to join our HR People Experience Team based in Coventry.
The main purpose of this role will be to research trends, analyse and present data to support the development and delivery of the Reward and Recognition Strategy;
The main responsibilities will be:
1. Create models and build insight to enable the business to understand and optimise total reward
2. Conduct competition analysis and benchmarking; sourcing and utilising external resources where appropriate
3. Conduct modelling and costings for business transformation impacting rewards
4. Provide detailed analysis of Group Reward data and adaptable explanation of what it means to stakeholders
5. Support the delivery of current and future reward and recognition projects as defined within the People Plan
6. Carry out job evaluations in partnership with internal stakeholders to ensure role alignment with organisational design
7. Undertake annual salary benchmarking and reviews
8. Support the execution and delivery of the annual reward cycle by working collaboratively across the business and leading improvements to the process.
Person Specification
A background in HR, and experience of Reward/ Compensation and Benefits is essential. To excel in the role, you will need to demonstrate the passion and energy to promote change and innovation within Reward and Recognition, while working collaboratively to engage others along the way.
In addition, the role will require the following proficiencies:
9. To work independently without day-to-day supervision.
10. Excellent verbal and communication skills.
11. Excellent presentation skills to various stakeholders in multiple formats (In person, Teams or presenting live dashboards)
12. Excellent problem-solving skills.
13. Ability and confidence to seek guidance.
14. Team working skills and the ability to influence others within HR and the wider business.
15. Ability to analyse and interpret complex data and has an excellent attention to detail.
16. Ability to lead and initiate projects and overcome challenges while reviewing the risks and mitigating against these.
