We are seeking an Administrative Assistant to support a local company Denbighshire, on a full-time, temporary basis!
The successful candidate will work as part of an Accounts Administration team in a modern office environment. Previous experience in Accounts is beneficial, however, Administration skills are the main priority for this role.
Duties
* Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently, maintaining up-to-date records.
* Assist in the preparation of documents and reports.
* Organise and maintain an electronic database, ensuring up-to-date and accurate information.
* Handle correspondence with clients and external contacts when needed.
* Collaborate with team members to efficiently complete administration tasks.
Requirements
* Availability for immediate start.
* Proven experience in an Administration or Customer Service role
* Demonstrated ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
