Excell Supply is recruiting for passionate teaching assistants to work in primary and/or secondary schools in and around Conwy on a supply basis, with the potential opportunity for short and long term roles as well as day to day supply.

Role Overview:

As a teaching assistant, you will work closely with teachers to support student learning and classroom management. Your role may involve assisting with providing one-on-one support to students with additional needs, and helping create a nurturing, engaging, and stimulating learning environment for children of all ages and abilities.

Key Responsibilities:

* Assist teachers in preparing classroom materials and resources.
* Support individual students or groups of students in their learning.
* Help maintain a positive and productive classroom atmosphere.
* Monitor student progress and provide feedback to the class teacher.
