About the role
We are seeking skilled and enthusiastic tutors to join our team on an hourly-paid basis, delivering both qualification-based and non-accredited courses in various aspects of ICT, from beginner to Level 2. We are seeking tutors who have the flexibility and passion to work with adult learners in our centres and community learning venues across Warwickshire. Courses take place during daytime and evening slots throughout the week, are typically 21/2hours long and run for 5-20 weeks dependent on the course. The current rate of pay is £19.69 per hour (Pay Award pending), inclusive of holiday pay, with an additional one-hour preparation and evaluation time paid for every two hours of teaching.
Key Requirements
You are likely to be a qualified and experienced teacher of adults, with excellent and current subject knowledge, a creative approach, and an ability to inspire and support learners with diverse needs to achieve to their full potential and with a gift for engaging and enthusing adults who may have little prior experience of technology.
