Purchase Ledger Job Opportunity
Ethero is recruiting for a Purchase Ledger role in Derby, offering a unique chance for a motivated and detail-driven individual to join our team. As a Purchase Ledger specialist, you will contribute to the smooth operation of our client's financial processes.
Your Key Tasks:
Input non-PO invoices into NetSuite, applying nominal codes and meeting deadlines.
Clear the Purchase Ledger inbox daily, addressing any discrepancies or issues efficiently.
Prepare and send remittances for the weekly payment run, ensuring timely payments to suppliers.
Provide assistance with PO invoice input and handle supplier queries via phone.
Your Qualifications:
To succeed in this role, you will need excellent organizational skills, the ability to work under pressure, and strong communication skills. Familiarity with NetSuite would be advantageous but is not essential, as comprehensive training will be provided.
What We Offer:
A salary range of £22,000 - £27,000 per annum based on experience.
