Your new role
Children's Residential Registered Manager for a home in Epsom.
What you'll need to succeed
You will need to hit the ground running and instil confidence in the team from day one.
To be resilient, reliable, and committed to the children in the service.
A good attendance record is a must, and the flexibility to work over the Christmas/New Year period is also a necessity.
They will be able to build excellent rapports with the service users and be completely child centered.
Whilst leading the team with confidence and determination for the home to be a caring, safe space, a good sense of humour would go down a treat!
All applicants must have a full UK driving licence, access to their own vehicle with an MOT, business insurance and the DVLA check.
They will also need a Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare and at least 2 years' experience within residential childcare within the last 5 years.
The pay rate for this is £27.80ph PAYE.
This is an Interim contract of 6 months until June 2025.
