About The Job:
As the Marketing & PR Manager, you will be responsible for driving measurable business growth through innovative marketing campaigns. Key Responsibilities:

8. Develop and implement an outbound PR strategy to enhance brand visibility.
9. Build and nurture relationships with key media outlets and influencers.
10. Craft compelling stories that resonate with our target audience.
11. Actively seek industry events and speaking opportunities to raise brand profile.
12. Analyse PR metrics and refine strategies accordingly.
13. Marketing & Lead Generation Strategy
14. Plan and execute targeted marketing campaigns to generate high-quality leads.
15. Collaborate with the Growth team to align marketing efforts with business goals.
16. Tailor campaigns to generate qualified leads within our target B2B market.
17. Campaign Execution & Optimisation
18. Implement marketing campaigns that deliver a high return on investment.
19. Utilise marketing automation tools to capture and nurture leads.
20. Monitor and enhance campaign performance to improve lead generation and conversion rates.
21. Business Development Focus
22. Partner with the Growth team to support the conversion of marketing-generated leads.
23. Develop marketing strategies that directly influence the sales pipeline.
24. Budget & Performance Management
25. Manage the marketing budget effectively and deliver campaigns within financial parameters.
26. Track performance metrics to measure the success of marketing efforts.
About You:
You are a seasoned marketing professional with a passion for campaign mapping, outbound PR and lead generation. Your experience in executing successful marketing strategies and generating high-quality leads will be invaluable. With excellent communication skills and a strong project management background, you are ready to drive immediate results through cost-effective marketing efforts.
Experience Required:
27. Proven experience in marketing and PR, preferably in a B2B environment.
28. Demonstrated success in executing outbound marketing strategies and generating media coverage.
29. Experience in lead generation and marketing automation.
30. Strong project management skills and the ability to deliver multiple campaigns simultaneously.
31. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
32. Commercially focused with a clear understanding of the impact of PR and marketing on business growth.
33. Results-oriented and adept at executing campaigns that generate leads and build awareness.
34. Highly organised with strong project management capabilities.
35. Strong interpersonal skills, able to build relationships with media and stakeholders.
