Location: Berlin or UK
Reporting to the VP, Revenue Operations, the Director of GTM Systems will lead the GTM Systems, which is responsible for the Salesforce roadmap across the company and Revenue tech stack. This role ensures that as we scale Salesforce, we build to the highest development standards and address core business needs. This role will partner with critical team members from Revenue, Customer Success, Marketing, Finance, Legal and Product.

Key responsibilities & Deliverables
1. Oversee Salesforce and related tech stack to ensure all functions work seamlessly together
2. Steer the vision of Salesforce at CoachHub, including understanding the full potential of the platform to solve business and customer challenges
3. Primary relationship owner for all internal and external stakeholders of the Salesforce platform
4. Project Manager for all strategic projects in our GTM System roadmap
5. Manage our vendor relationships and technical budget, including identifying and vetting the appropriate tools, supporting pricing negotiations and contract terms, supervising usage, and evaluating value delivered
6. Design and create new programs to improve best practice sharing to enhance the quality and efficiency of Salesforce and its integrated systems
Essential requirements
7. 8+ years of Salesforce management experience
8. Certified Salesforce Advanced Admin
9. Extensive Sales Cloud and Service Cloud experience
10. High proficiency in spoken and written English

11. Strong communicator who enjoys interacting with various stakeholders and problem-solving
12. Technical profile but has the business insight to understand and orient workstreams around strategic company objectives
13. Thorough understanding of different options and best practices for management of projects, programs, risks, and change
14. Excellent organization, communication and prioritization skills
