Our client, a well known Automotive company would like a Customer Service Administrator to join their team in Cosham, Portsmouth.
The right candidate will have previous customer service experience - ideally in the Automotive sector however this is not essential.
You must have ;
* Good Communication skills both over the phone and face to face
* Be able to manage busy, high pressured situations
* Good IT skills
* Have strong administration experience
Key tasks will include;
* Loading new claims onto the bodyshop management system - ensuring all information is correct.
* Make initial contact with customer in a confident manner
* Effectively communicate the correct information to each of our repair centres so they can process the claim
* Be a helpful, friendly point of contact
* Manage queries and seek information from the repair centre as required
* Handle correspondence properly.
