About the Role Our client’s IT Service Delivery team is at the heart of their operations, ensuring all users both office-based and remote have seamless IT support. You’ll lead a team of Helpdesk and Field Service Engineers, overseeing everything from continuous service delivery projects to rolling out cutting-edge desktop and server technology. Reporting directly to the Head of IT, you’ll manage third-party suppliers, drive adherence to KPIs, and play a key role in shaping the future of IT services within the business. With planned investment in technology, this role offers significant opportunity for growth and development. Key Responsibilities Lead and develop the IT Service Delivery team across two key locations. Manage all local and wide area networks, hardware, desktop applications, and M365 Intune environments. Deliver a robust IT support service to office and remote users, ensuring exceptional service quality. Collaborate with the IT Projects team to transition new initiatives into operational service. OversLee third-party supplier relationships, escalating issues where necessary. Develop and implement IT policies, processes, and procedures, ensuring compliance with cybersecurity best practices. Report against KPIs to drive continuous improvement and ensure service excellence. About You: We’re looking for a true people leader with a strong technical background and a passion for service excellence. Key attributes include: Proven experience in leading an IT service delivery team or function. Strong technical expertise, especially in M365 Intune environments, networking, and hardware. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to adapt to different audiences. A calm, resilient approach under pressure, coupled with sound decision-making skills.
