1. You should possess and use your strong interpersonal skills to build relationships across the organisation as you will be first line of support to staff requiring advice on employee relations matters.
2. You will need to have a meticulous eye for detail and will be able to proactively analyse data and identify trends and areas for continuous improvement.
3. You will have experience of updating policies and will be able to take the lead in ensuring that our HR policies and guidance are up-to-date and work with other key stakeholders to regularly refresh and improve our policy, guidance and tools.
4. You will have relevant experience working in an HR team providing advice and guidance on managing disciplinary, attendance, performance, and other employee relations cases.
5. You should have an interest in matters surrounding employee well-being and take initiatives to develop and support the workforce in this area.
