Are you a motivated and experienced Data Manager seeking a new opportunity?
Queen Elizabeth’s School is recruiting for a Data Manager to join our team of friendly Support staff.
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a well-organised, meticulous and flexible Data Manager to maintain the school’s Management Information System.
The postholder will take responsibility for:
1. Managing and administering the school’s MIS database (SIMS) including statutory returns
2. Provide administrative support for the school’s timetable
3. Manage the analysis of data and reporting
4. Student curriculum management
5. Implement changes for new admissions and in year staff timetable changes
The successful candidate will work with the SLT member responsible for the school timetable and curriculum to set up and maintain the school timetable and manage in year changes.
Ideally, we would like to appoint someone who has previous experience of SIMS MIS Data System and timetabling using Nova-T software, however Nova-T training can be provided for the right candidate.
You will:
6. Have a background in data management
7. Have a calm and organised working manner with a willingness to be flexible at certain times of the academic year.
8. Have high levels of IT skills
9. Have high effective administration and organisational skills
Working Hours: 8.00am to 4.00 pm Monday to Friday to be worked during term time plus two weeks to be worked during the school holidays.
