Millfield School is looking for a Futures Office Manager to join our team to assist in supporting students' future plans and the ongoing work of the Futures department.
As a Futures Office Manager, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive support to the Futures department in all matters relating to a student's future plans, including:
1. General office administration
2. Event management
3. Scheduling appointments for the Futures team
4. Organising external visits
5. Data analysis and database management
This includes the management of Unifrog and UCAS databases, usage of communication systems on the iSAMS database, and managing all application data and documentation.
As the first point of contact for the department, the successful applicant must be customer-focused and able to provide high-quality service to students and their families. They will be confident to work independently or as part of a team, detail-oriented, and have experience in:
1. Data analysis and management
2. Microsoft applications (especially manipulating data on spreadsheets)
3. Accounts management
The hours of work are 8.30am-5pm, Monday to Friday during term time. You will also be expected to work an additional 3 weeks during the school holidays. In return, you will receive a salary of £22,588.20 per annum (inclusive of holiday pay), plus an array of staff benefits including freshly prepared lunches for just £10 per month, access to the school facilities, and discounts/cashback on high street shops and restaurants through the school’s Employee Assistance Programme.
