Key Responsibilities:
Customer Interaction
* Build rapport and qualify the customer’s requirements
* Listen carefully to customers to understand their needs, working both face to face and over the telephone
* Guide customers towards the product that will best meet their needs
* Quote prices and availability of stocks and accessories
* Encourage the sale of genuine parts and accessories
Stock Management
* Monitor and maintain agreed stock/accessory levels
* Order parts on behalf of the Service team
* Check all parts and accessories on receipt from supplier
* Return faulty parts, adhering to supplier return policy
* Ensure all parts and accessories are correctly stored
* Handle warranty claims processing
* Complete all relevant administration promptly and accurately
Collaboration with Service Team
* Ensure all Service personnel have access to parts needed for the next day work schedule
* Liaise with Service on delivery of requested parts
Trade Sales Opportunities
* Prospect to local trade and coordinate van deliveries
Teamwork
* Work with colleagues and other teams to provide seamless service to customers
* Follow up sales opportunities by other teams
