Applications outside of healthcare will not be considered I am working with an existing healthcare client who are providers of services to the NHS My client is going through a growth period and are actively looking for their next Bids and Contracts Manager. The ideal candidate will have overall responsibility for the management of new bid opportunities within the business, overseeing the management, production and submission of tender opportunities to the highest standards. This role will play a key part in a successful team that drives the overall expansion and growth of the company. The post holder must establish and maintain strong relationships with people internally, working with subject matter experts within the business to produce compelling proposals that meet the needs of their target customers in the NHS Role needs: A self-motivated individual with the desire to succeed Have at least 3 years experience in a similar role Have a firm understanding of the NHS tender process, including overview of contract management Concise and accurate keeping of records Have a passion for writing bids, and managing a tender process from start to finish Able to naturally and quickly build strong and effective working relationships with both internal and external teams Methodical and organised, someone who takes ownership and pride in the work you deliver Adept at meeting deadlines while working under pressure Confident in your IT skills Relationship centred Motivated to ensure their clients and candidates receive the best customer service The role comes with a base salary of circa £50,000- £55,000 DOE, with a hybrid working model. (Expectation on site would be around 1 day a week if possible, although would be encouraged more)
