Working within a close-knit team you’ll play an integral part of supporting the overall running of the finance team whilst the company continues to grow. With a modern office and family-feel, the role also comes with a hybrid element after an initial probationary period.
What will the Accounts Assistant role involve?
Suppliers – Posting invoices, setting up new suppliers.
Reconciliation – Balance sheet, Bank, the posting and reconciliation of staff expenses.
Assist with preparation on monthly management accounts.
Posting accruals and prepayment journals.
Cash posting and allocation.
Occasional credit control duties.
Suitable Candidate for the Accounts Assistant vacancy:
Experience within a similar role with a strong attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in MS Excel.
AAT qualified ideally or QBE.
