Key Areas of Responsibility, Activities & Tasks Involved:
1. Handling telephone queries received from customers and clients in a polite and professional manner
2. Actioning and responding to all customer and client emails promptly and professionally
3. Updating user accounts and managing access to our partner portal
4. Adding both manual and automated uplift instructions to the system
5. Managing client queries received via the partner portal
6. Processing both manual and automated clearance of salvage at the request of our clients
7. Generating certificates of destruction for salvage which have been scrapped or dismantled
8. Dealing with incoming post, including vehicle documentation and keys
9. Handling and responding to the issuing body of fines and penalty charge notices
