We’re recruiting for a Process Assurance Analystto join us. We’re offering a competitive base salary and good benefits package.What you'll be doing:
1. Providing assurance to senior management that business processes across LGIM are operating effectively
2. Reviewing processes across on-boarding, implementations, client instructions, investment management and back-office
3. Testing and investigating existing processes to identify vulnerabilities and control weaknesses
4. Implementing and improving processes to enable the business to meet its long-term objectives and goals
5. Recommending process improvements ensure that these are clearly communicated and completed by set deadlines
6. Ensuring any process changes are fully tested and documented
QualificationsWho we're looking for:
7. You will need a background in financial services
8. Ideally have ACCA, ACA or CIMA qualification
9. A background in risk management and/or assurance
10. Ideally you will have had experience of working on AAF reports
11. Asset management experience would be advantageous but not essential
