Sales Executive – Commercial Vehicle Fleets £35k + £70k OTE uncapped

The Role
You will sell a portfolio of high value vehicles to small, medium and large companies. This role comes with the advantage of having an existing customer base to maintain and grow, from which you will earn commission, and the responsibility of penetrating new accounts in the region.
Experience Required
You should be a successful sales person with B2B experience. Proven performance in growing existing accounts and generating new business is ideal. Experience in consultatively closing deals with a mid to long sales cycle is a great benefit. You must be organised, highly motivated, and an excellent communicator who relishes building long-term relationships with clients.

Business Development Managers receive industry-leading training and are part of an upwardly progressive promotional corporate structure with incremental base salary rises based on effort and performance. Many Business Development Managers have received multiple promotions within a few years and are now running their own sales teams.
The Package
Initial indications are a base salary range of £30k - £35k with a fully uncapped realistic OTE of £70k. After 2 years, you may receive a promotion to National Sales or Sales Manager with a base salary increase to over £40k (subject to performance). The package includes a company car, mobile phone, laptop, private health care, pension, paid gym membership, and child care vouchers. Top performers are earning £70k - £100k+.
