Summary
The main purpose of the role will be to manage the OHL works programme involving low and high voltage rebuilds, refurbishment schemes across the North Yorkshire region.
Project Management of all OHL works, ensuring that work is carried out safely and in line with company procedures and client specifications; Ensure compliance with all street works regulations;
Maintaining a full programme of works ensuring all operatives work to their full productivity levels; Ensure all completion documentation is submitted to management in a timely manner; Liaising with client contract coordinators, council staff and engineers; Dealing with the general public as required.
Some of the key deliverables in this role will include:
1. Manage multiple/major projects from Cradle to Grave safely, competently and effectively to time and budget;
2. Manage all financial aspects of projects, including the costing and invoicing of any additional works;
3. Provide guidance to team members to ensure the safe, effective and efficient implementation ofoperations;
4. Monitor and report on progress of work to the customer as required;
5. Provide guidance on and monitor your teams approach to safety rules and procedures, method statements and risk assessments;
6. Liaise with third parties to ensure the smooth implementation of work;
