Role: Chef de Partie
Location: Horsham, West Sussex
Salary: £27,500 – £35,000
Platinum Recruitment are working in partnership with an independent fine dining restaurant, and we have a fantastic opportunity for a Chef de Partie to join their talented team, headed up by a well known Michelin star Head Chef.
Package
1. £27,500 Basic
2. Approx. £8000 in gratuities per year
3. Monday and Tuesday off
4. Wednesday and Sunday evenings off
5. 28 days holiday
6. Additional 2 weeks (1 week in Jan & 1 week in Oct)
7. 2.5 days over Christmas off.

What’s involved?
A successful Chef de Partie will work alongside an incredibly motivated team responsible for the running of each assigned section. You will need to have a minimum of a year at 2AA rosette level to be considered. You must have an abundance of passion for the food industry and natural ability for attention to detail.
