Onboarding HR Manager FTC | Private Healthcare

Our client is a recognized market leader in Private Healthcare, you will be managing the wider team in HR the department is responsible for providing a high level of HR Administration and Customer Services to the business.
* Management of the HR team providing support through regular one-to-one meetings.
* Running annual Appraisals and ensuring training requirements are met.
* You will act as a champion for the service line of HR and Administration processes and procedures including Right to Work and DBS checks
* You will also be involved with specific Project work for the wider business
* Remain abreast of upcoming changes to legislative and legal frameworks and adapt internal processes and policies accordingly. Ensure that teams are adequately equipped to implement the necessary changes
* You do not need a CIPD qualification.
