Job Description
Zooki is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Sales Administrative Assistant to join our growing team. This role is pivotal to supporting our sales team as we expand both in the UK and internationally. Your work will ensure that our operations run smoothly, client satisfaction remains high, and our reputation for outstanding service is upheld.
Pay: £25,000 - £28,000 per year
Key Responsibilities:
* Administrative Support: Assist the B2B team with daily administrative tasks, ensuring seamless operations.
* Account Onboarding: Guide new accounts through the onboarding process and maintain thorough records.
* New Line Forms: Complete and submit documentation for product listings with retail partners.
* Documentation Management: Compile, update, and organize essential documents for the team.
* CRM Maintenance: Accurately update and manage CRM systems to support client relationships.
* Order Processing: Support the B2B team by processing orders, tracking shipments, and coordinating with the operations team to ensure accuracy.
* Client Coordination: Provide timely and relevant updates to clients, strengthening relationships and trust.
* Process Optimization: Identify and recommend workflow improvements to enhance administrative efficiency.
Qualifications & Skills:
* Experience: Previous administrative experience (minimum 1 year preferred).
* Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
* Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy in data handling and documentation.
* Organization: Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
* Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills.
* Proactivity: A self-starter who is willing to learn and tackle new challenges.
* Teamwork: Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and independently when needed
