We are looking for an experienced and ambitious Contract Manager / Estimato r to join our team and play a vital role in managing contracts and ensuring the smooth delivery of projects for our blue-chip clients. This is a full-time, permanent position where you will work closely with our team to manage contracts and provide accurate estimates for maintenance work. You’ll oversee projects from start to finish, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards. You will manage a variety of maintenance tasks, ranging in size and value, for prestigious commercial properties across central London and the surrounding areas. Key Responsibilities: Manage contracts to ensure deadlines, KPIs, and SLAs are met. Prepare accurate estimates for maintenance jobs of varying complexity. Oversee project progress, ensuring quality and adherence to budgets. Liaise with clients and internal teams to maintain strong working relationships. The Person We are looking for someone with the following skills and experience: At least 3 years’ experience in contract management, preferably within commercial property maintenance. A trade background (preferred but not essential). Strong organisational and time management skills. A positive approach to problem-solving and health and safety practices. The ability to work independently and meet deadlines. A full UK driving licence and the ability to commute to Potters Bar.
