Job Description
3. Providing administrative support to the Human Resources team
4. Managing and updating employee records
5. Assisting in the recruitment and onboarding process
6. Coordinating internal and external meetings
7. Dealing with employee queries related to HR matters
8. Preparing HR documents such as employment contracts and new hire guides
9. Supporting the HR department's initiatives and projects
10. Maintaining compliance with company policies and current regulations
The Successful Applicant
A successful People Team Admin should have:
11. Relevant education in Business Administration, Human Resources or a related field
12. Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities
13. Strong communication and interpersonal skills
14. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
15. Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
16. Understanding of HR functions and best practices
17. Knowledge of employment law
