As part of the Group People Operations function, the People Services Team is responsible for providing people support across all PIB Group businesses, serving approximately 4,000 colleagues and managers. The People Services Team Leader will manage the People ServiceAssociates in delivering a high volume of work.
The primary focus of this role is to drive excellence in customer service and ensure a positive colleague experience across the PIB Group. The People Services Team Leader will lead, motivate, and develop the team, ensuring they are well-equipped to handle their daily workload efficiently. This role also requires strong multitasking and prioritisation skills to effectively manage team members' responsibilities and ensure high-quality service delivery.
