You will be responsible for developing and executing innovative content strategies, managing our social media platforms, and driving brand growth across digital channels. This role offers the opportunity to shape the voice and visual identity of a fast-growing fashion brand, ensuring it resonates with our target audience and aligns with current industry trends. Key Responsibilities Content Creation & Management: • Develop and implement a comprehensive content strategy that aligns with the brand’s objectives. • Plan, create, and oversee compelling photo, video, and written content for all digital platforms (e.g., Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Pinterest, LinkedIn). • Collaborate with photographers, videographers, stylists, and designers to produce high-quality visuals. • Ensure all content reflects the brand’s tone, values, and aesthetic. Social Media Strategy & Management: • Develop, manage, and execute social media calendars for all platforms. • Optimize content for platform-specific performance (e.g., Reels, Stories, Posts, Pins). • Monitor and analyze engagement metrics, adjusting strategies to improve performance. • Foster and grow an engaged online community by responding to comments, DMs, and interacting with influencers and followers. • Research and stay ahead of emerging trends, hashtags, and platform updates. Influencer Marketing & Collaborations: • Identify and collaborate with fashion influencers, content creators, and brand ambassadors to amplify brand reach. • Negotiate partnerships, gifting, and campaign deliverables in alignment with marketing goals. Analytics & Reporting: • Use analytics tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics) to track campaign success and social media performance. • Provide regular reports on ROI, growth, engagement, and other KPIs, with actionable recommendations. Team Collaboration: • Work closely with the marketing, e-commerce, and design teams to ensure cohesive messaging and campaigns. • Support product launches, seasonal campaigns, and events with tailored social content. Qualifications & Skills Essential: • Proven experience (3 years) managing content and social media for a fashion or lifestyle brand. • Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and trends, especially Instagram and TikTok. • Exceptional content creation and storytelling skills, with a portfolio of past work. • Proficiency in design tools like Canva, Adobe Suite, or similar. • Strong project management and organisational skills, with the ability to meet tight deadlines. • Analytical mindset, comfortable with data and deriving insights to optimize strategies. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Preferred: • Experience working with e-commerce brands or Shopify. • A strong personal interest in fashion and understanding of industry dynamics. • Existing relationships with influencers, photographers, and stylists. • Video editing skills for short-form content (e.g., TikTok or Reels).
