OH Medical are currently seeking an experienced Occupational Health Advisor to work with a small to medium sized occupational health provider in a peripatetic post, covering client sites across Scotland!
The Role:
This role offers the ideal chance for an experienced Occupational Health Advisor to join a multidisciplinary team to provide a full remit Occupational Health Service operating to high clinical standards. Your duties will include:
* Management referrals
* Supporting with Health Surveillance, Fitness to Work Medicals & interpreting results
* New Entrants Medicals.
* Providing other OH services where required such as Vaccinations, Travel Health Services, Ergonomic Advice, or Health Promotion
* Providing clinical supervision and support to junior team members such as OH Technicians
Required Skills:
To be the successful Occupational Health Advisor candidate for this role, you'll be:
* An NMC Registered Nurse
* Ideally Qualified to Degree/Diploma level in Occupational Health
* Experience in Occupational Health
* Case Management
* Health Surveillance
* Able to demonstrate up-to-date knowledge of best practices and their practical application.
* An excellent communicator with skills in both verbal and written communication, including proficiency in report writing.
* Possess excellent IT Literacy and record keeping skills
* A holder of a full clean driving licence with own vehicle able to travel to customer sites
Salary & Benefits:
In return for your expertise as the Occupational Health Advisor, you will receive:
* Up to £45,000 per annum
* A £4,200 car allowance
