Are you a passionate foodie who is not afraid of thinking outside the box? Then, we have the job for you! As a Cluster Food & Beverage Manager, you will strategically lead the team to take guest satisfaction to the next level.
The Cluster F&B Manager reports directly to the General Manager and Senior Operations Manager and acts on their behalf in their absence.
Will supervise for the entire operation of the 2 (or 3) hotels of different brands as if it were an integrated hotel unit.
Together with Senior Operations Manager is to enforce standards and guarantee a consistently high quality guest experience in an extremely busy environment.
Service focused personality is essential and previous leadership experience required
Proven ability to build and maintain good relationships with all stakeholders
Communicate thoughts, actions and opportunities clearly with strong networking skills
Ability to lead by example, believe in a strong team culture and set the scene for high performance

Qualifications
Must have:
* 3-5 years previous F&B experience within hospitality
* 2 year experience in a Cluster / Combo site
* Preferable airport location experience
