Our Office and Customer Service Team play a central part in ensuring that our guests receive the flight of a lifetime! You’ll be the first point of contact for incoming sales enquiries, taking orders and also help to host our guests in person when they come for their Spitfire Flights and Tours.
Responsibilities
* Greeting customers: Making customers feel welcome and at ease
* Providing information: Sharing knowledge of the facility, products and promotions
* Managing Bookings: Taking online and phone orders, producing gift packs and documentation
* Co-ordinate office activity: Filing, Petty cash control
* Supporting customers: Responding to customer queries, feedback and helping with requests, both online and in person.
* Sales: Make customers aware of upgrade options and services. Sell Merchandise.
* Ensuring visual standards: Making sure the shop and customer facing areas are presentable and that products are displayed well
* Assisting with events: Helping with customer events, escorting customers to flight briefings, assisting with passenger documentation, flight suit fitting, checking inflight videos, preparing souvenir packs
* Supporting other teams: Working closely with our Pilot and Ground Support teams
Requirements
* Strong communication and customer service skills
* Enthusiastic and friendly attitude
* Ability to respond to customers via email, phone, livechat and social media
* Ability to work under own initiative
Details
* Regular Weekend Shifts availability plus possibility of occasional weekdays
* Branded uniform
* Hourly rate - Weekends £15.00. Weekdays £11.50
