This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced administrator to joina forward thinking PCN to support the Management Team by providingefficient administrative services
This is a busyand varied role which is essential to ensuring smooth communication andoperational coordination across the PCN and member practices
This is a full-time office based role working Monday to Friday
25 days annual leave plus bank holidays

Main duties of the job
The successful candidate will undertake a range of administrative tasks which include:
1. Diarising and administrating meetings
2. Minute taking
3. Ensuring action log items are progressed
4. Some function coordination
5. Compiling newsletters and PCN-wide communications
6. Compiling reports
7. Ensuring information is recorded and filed correctly
8. Ensuring distribution lists are kept up to date
9. Project administration

Job responsibilities
Tomaintain administrative systems to support the business needs.
To provideadministrative support services with the production of business correspondenceand documentation.
Be responsiblefor organising events, courses and conferences (including hospitality and venuebookings)
Raise invoicesand purchase orders.
Maintainaction/activity trackers ensuring that information is continually updated.
Tobe responsible for the monitoring and ordering of equipment and supplies asappropriate.
Maintainconfidential staff files inputting and updating records.
Maintainmandatory training and non-mandatory training records.
Draftroutine HR letters and other documentation.
Assistwith recruitment advertising, interview arrangements and issuing offer lettersand contracts to successful candidates.
Coordinationof various monthly meetings (logistics, preparing and sending papers, followingup actions, minute taking)
Toorganise events ( booking of external venues etc)
Undertakeany training that may be required.
Undertakeany other duties as may reasonably required from time to time.
Beprepared to work flexibly, including evenings and weekends if required.

10. Strong IT skills: Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Internet Explorer/Google Chrome.
11. Experience of organising meetings.
12. Previous employment in an Administrative and/or Operational role.
13. Familiar with working in an office environment.
14. Experience of HR administration.
15. Able to set up/manage effective document management systems.
16. Excellent organisational and administrative skills.
17. Experience of, and ability to present and produce clear, accurate and concise minutes, action points and reports.
18. Ability to communicate effectively with a wide range of stakeholders
Desirable
19. Knowledge of SystmOne.
20. Experience of maintaining and updating websites, intranet, databases.
21. Experience of financial management.
22. NHS/GP Practice experience.
