3. Collaborate with physicians, nurse practitioners, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualised care plans.
4. Educate patients and their families about medical conditions, treatment options, and preventive measures.
5. Offer emotional support and comfort to children and their families during challenging times.
6. Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.
7. Adhere to hospital policies, procedures, and infection control protocols.
Qualifications:
1. Registered Nurse (RN) license in the United Kingdom.
2. Paediatric Nursing Qualification.
3. Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
4. Previous paediatric nursing experience is essential.
5. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
6. Compassionate and empathetic nature.
7. Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
8. Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
