£25,000 - £26,000
6-month contract to cover maternity
Monday to Friday - 35 hour week
Flexi hours between 6am and 6pm Monday to Thursday and 6am - 3pm Friday, 30 minute lunch
2nd December 2024 start date
This HR Assistant role would suit someone with previous office-based HR support experience who is looking to gain additional experience and exposure within a fast-paced, varied HR department. The successful HR Assistant would be happy to commit to the full duration of this 6 month maternity contract and could come from either a recruitment agency or an internal HR team.
Duties for this HR Assistant will include but not be limited to:
* Assisting with advertising current vacancies on
* Carrying out the initial screening of applicant CVs
* Administrative support to the new starter /onboarding process including offer letters and contracts
* Scheduling in training
* Working with payroll to setup new starters
* Typing up any review / disciplinary meeting minutes
* Ad-hoc administration for HR
Knowledge, skills and experience required for this HR Assistant:
* Good communication and people skills
* Working knowledge of all Microsoft packages and confident learning new IT systems
* Self-motivated and organised
* Good attention to detail
