We are seeking someone to join our housing support service team, acrossEast Cambridgeshire and Fenland.
In this role, you willconnect with individuals in their homes and communities, helping them to understand their options and explore the services and support available to them to prevent homelessness and build independence.
We are looking for a passionate individualwho thrives in a fast-paced environment, someone who is adaptable and dynamic, and hasa keen interest in supporting people to improve their lives. Experience is not essential, as we provide full training.
