Are you a National Production Planner and looking for a new challenge within our manufacturing team?
Essential Ingredients
1. Excellent IT skills include SAP supply planning capability, expert-level spreadsheet capability, pivot tables, lookups, etc.
2. Knowledge of Production processes, including maintenance/changeover/labour constraints. Experience managing capacity in a multi-site, multi-product group organisation. Understanding/appreciation of best practice manufacturing planning approaches, preferably in a daily fresh manufacturing environment.
3. Strong analytical skills.
4. Understand your responsibilities to treat others fairly and equally.
5. Excellent communication skills, including articulate, persuasive, and strong influencing skills, can drive change in a multi-site manufacturing environment.
6. Excellent relationship builder establishes credibility with internal and external contacts at all levels.
The Recipe
You'll create, deliver, and communicate an effective weekly forecasted manufacturing plan aligned with company guidelines, as well as creating a daily schedule plan for manufacturing that aligns with company guidelines.
You'll be collaborating with the Manufacturing Planning team, Manufacturing Sites and Primary Distribution to monitor the execution of the plan with intervention when appropriate to ensure optimisation of order fulfilment, whilst effective communications are maintained with key contacts (Commercial team, Primary Distribution, Operations).
You'll be responsible for generating and distributing any business-required reports with drive and enthusiasm to consistently enhance oneself or one's work through learning, innovation, and refinement.
