About the role
The Marketing Coordinator, Beauty supports the Brand/Marketing Manager in the achievement of the brand financial targets through the design and the development of the assigned NPD programs/Commercial initiatives (limited editions) and packaging projects in strict adherence with the Brand/s Vision, the agreed 5Yr roadmap and the Brand/s equity. The Marketing Coordinator, Beauty works closely with internal as well as external partners to source the right product and to develop it in a timely manner, following with operational discipline all the steps of the product code creation (PIF/PIM/AGILE). He/She is also supporting the BM/MM with the necessary product knowledge needed to create/adapt product packaging’s, claims and digital assets.
What you’ll do in the role
1. Supports Brand/Marketing Managers in planning and managing product launches and range extensions.
2. Liaise with Global Marketing, Global Program Management, Supply Chain and Finance teams to support and in collaboration develop NPD programs and packaging projects which primarily are extensions of the Lead Region (Normally USA) product portfolio.
3. Supports Brand Manager in the assessment of the profitability of new product introductions.
4. Ensure adherence to rules and regulations on all matters pertaining to quality, safety & compliance in collaboration with the Regulatory Affairs department.
What will help you do the job well
Essential:
5. University degree (Economics, Business, Marketing or equivalent)
6. 1-3 years of experience in marketing within an international FMCG/SDA environment.
7. Cross functional knowledge
8. Excel and Microsoft Suite proficiency, knowledge of Power BI, Oracle, Agile an advantage
9. Fluent in English (spoken and written), French a plus.
