Sales Administrator
Pertemps is recruiting for a full time temporary to permanent sales administrator to help strengthen their client’s existing team in Halesfield, Telford.
As part of the job role you will be handling sales enquiries, responding to customers in a prompt and professional manner, you will also be providing information about products, pricing, availability, and delivery schedules, and not be afraid to get on the phone and sell and advise on the products.
In addition, you will be assisting in resolving customer issues by co-ordinating with different departments, whilst providing information on stock availability and sending quotations. A very important section of the job would be liaising with the sales representatives to provide support and organise deliveries and purchases for new customers.
Ideal Candidate
1. Sales Administration experience
2. Comfortable with selling and advising on products
3. Knowledge of Supply and Demand
4. Comfortable on the phone and dealing with issues.
5. Happy working as a team to hit deadlines.
6. Organised
7. Ability to think on own initiative.
Hours
8 – 4.30pm Monday – Thursday
8- 3.30pm Friday
Salary
£12.32 per hour
