Our client, an established architectural practice are seeking an Architectural Technologist to join their team based in Chichester. You will have the opportunity to work for an architectural practice that have an excellent reputation in the area for working on various residential, education and commercial projects. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Architectural Technologist to work on within a busy architectural practice.
This is an exciting opportunity for an intermediate level Architectural Technologist to join an expanding architectural practice, there is also a path to progression into a Senior position for the right person.
Architectural Technologist Position Overview
1. Use Revit on a daily basis
2. Work collaboratively as well as independently at times
3. Potential to run your own projects
4. Communicate with all internal and external stakeholders
5. Interpret briefs, work to deadlines and be adaptable whilst working to strict deadlines / budgets
6. Produce technical details
Architectural Technologist Position Requirements
7. Excellent knowledge of Revit
8. Commuting distance to Chichester
9. 3 years+ experience after graduating
10. Ability to work efficiently, independently & diligently to meet deadlines whilst maintaining a strong attention to detail and maintaining high standards of work
11. Strong communication skills
12. Good Revit ability
13. Experience working in the residential or education sectors

14. Competitive salary (£30,000 - £40,000 DOE)
