About the Client Our client is a leading electrical company specializing in the design and installation of electrical building services, including power distribution, lighting, fire alarms, and data systems. Roles/Responsibilities Design power distribution, lighting, fire alarms, and data systems, ensuring compliance with relevant codes and industry standards. Manage designs through feasibility, concept, and construction stages, ensuring timelines and specifications are met. Utilize software tools such as AutoCAD, Revit (preferred but not essential), Amtech, and Dialux for modeling and analysis. Maintain and refine company design standards, reviewing and approving design documents and calculations. Mentor junior engineers, fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented environment. Act as a client liaison, providing project updates, resolving issues, and maintaining strong professional relationships. Collaborate with operations and project teams to ensure seamless project delivery. Contribute to business development by driving innovation and identifying new opportunities. Qualifications HND, degree, or equivalent qualification in Electrical Engineering (preferred). Strong knowledge of electrical engineering principles and building services processes. Proficiency in AutoCAD, electrical design tools (Amtech, Dialux), and Revit (preferred). Experience managing multiple projects, meeting deadlines, and maintaining quality. Excellent written and verbal communication, with strong presentation skills. Meticulous attention to detail and a proactive, self-motivated attitude.
