If you would like to join our dynamic team, apply to join TeamAldi today Your New Role: Leading the ongoing adoption of a global MMM solution in each country and identifying opportunities to extend and augment the programme. Helping countries interpret results and implement recommendations and ultimately proving the value of the program back to the business. Development and rollout of a bespoke marketing effectiveness framework for all countries. Providing ongoing support as the countries apply the framework and adapt it to suit their needs and market. Creating and monitoring an overall marketing test and learn program to establish the effectiveness of changes made to marketing and media plans Working with all 10 diverse ALDI markets to drive increased media effectiveness and performance in all offline and online channels, helping to identify the right solutions for each country according to its market maturity Constantly looking for additional opportunities to improve marketing measurement and availability of data, identifying the right partners to work with where relevant and building the business case to support your ideas Working closely with the global ALDI community and multiple other stakeholders. Collaborating with local teams and other global departments to drive success, help solve ALDI’s marketing challenges and champion media and marketing to the wider business. About you: Experience of working with MMM and deploying an MMM programme Experience working in a marketing client side or media agency role Experience of working in marketing measurement and effectiveness. Good understanding of marketing principles, including advertising, promotion, pricing, sales data, media planning and buying. Experience of developing and implementing ways of working and improved process Working knowledge of media and marketing, ideally across all offline and online channels Experience in a Global role or of working with multiple markets, such as the UK, US, Germany, Austria and Italy A fantastic eye for detail, strong analytical skills Proactive, inquisitive and personable nature Ability to communicate to high level stakeholders and package up complex information in an understandable way What you will get in Return: Salary starting from £61,065 rising to £79,210 5-day/40-hour week, working Monday-Friday, with an office on demand working model.
