Your responsibilities
will include:
1. Supporting the training hub with training delivery, as part of the induction programme, refresher training, and specialist service/department delivery
2. Providing support with training requirements as identified by the Regional STMVA Lead, Deputy Regional Training Manager and Hospital Directors
3. Ensuring that all training has an inclusive approach and can evidence best practice.
4. Working with the sites to ensure all they have access to the required learning opportunities, working in the designated geographic area.
5. Reacting positively to hot topics, changes in legislation, governing body impacts or corporate policy changes.
6. Taking part, as directed, in the review/design process of training packages and related policies on a predetermined basis.
To be successful in this role, you'll have:
7. Engaging presentation and delivery skills.
8. You'll be qualified GSA STMVA Trainer (or willing to gain the qualification)
9. Evidence of training experience.
10. Experience of working within a CAMHS or Mental Health setting.
11. Competent in the use of Microsoft Office suite of applications.
12. Possess effective time management and organisational skills
13. Current Driving Licence
14. Ability to stay away from home-base as required
