Care Manager - Safeguarding

The role of a Care Manager in Adult Social Care is varied, involving working with vulnerable members of our Rutland community. We support adults and their carers to be empowered to achieve their goals and live fulfilling lives.

In this role, you will be responsible for managing a caseload of complex cases, ensuring timely assessments and reviews, and coordinating care packages to meet individual needs.
A critical aspect of the role is safeguarding adults at risk, which includes identifying and mitigating potential risks, developing strategies to prevent abuse, and collaborating with other agencies to ensure the well-being of our clients.
We offer a comprehensive salary package including £42,105-£49,369 per annum (dependent on experience).
This position requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively under pressure and manage competing priorities.
