The Twenty One Group are recruiting for a Service Co-Ordinator to join our client on a permanent basis based in Edinburgh.
The Position
Working as a Service Co-ordinator you will play a pivotal role in ensuring effective coordination of our mobile Service Engineers’ schedules while managing all on-site service concerns reported by customers.
You’ll be the first point of contact for our clients, processing orders, addressing their questions and making sure every need is met promptly and professionally.
This role is ideal for candidates with experience in service coordination, engineer dispatch, and client communications.
Responsibilities
* Job Coordination: Manage incoming service requests and schedule work efficiently
* Client Communications: Handle service and update calls, liaise with clients, and maintain a positive client relationship
* Scheduling and Optimisation: Allocate jobs based on engineer skill set, availability, and location to maximise efficiency
* Project Tracking: Monitor job progress, ensure timely completion, and manage job costs
* Quoting and Documentation: Compile quotations, manage client rates, and handle purchase orders and invoices
